Leaders in Analysis careers event (LGBTQ+)

Event details

This event has already taken place.

From the Government Analysis Function:

To celebrate LGBT+ History Month, our next Leaders in Analysis event will focus on the experiences of analysts who identify as LGBTQ+ across government. We will be joined by Iain Bell (Deputy National Statistician and Director General for Population and Public Policy at the Office for National Statistics (ONS)) and Emma Rourke (Director, Health Analysis & Pandemic Insight, ONS). Iain and Emma will share their career stories, discuss moments that really mattered in their development and talk about their current roles to give a flavour of where a career in analysis can lead. The event is a career development opportunity for analysts at all grades and working anywhere in the Analysis Function.

You will be able to ask questions via the chat function or Slido.

We hope this session will be an opportunity to hear about senior analytical roles, build an understanding of the wide range of career trajectories available across the function and how the function can support with your personal career development. This event is one in a series of Leaders in Analysis career development sessions, in which senior analysts from across government will openly share their top career development hints and tips with a broad range of colleagues from across the function.

Please sign up using your government email. Joining details will be sent prior to the event. If you have any questions, please contact analysis.function@ons.gov.uk.
