We believe that there still aren’t many out role models in higher grades, and the success profiles process can be daunting for LGBT+ colleagues in junior grades to grapple with.

Your hosts at this event are an SEO and a G7, both bisexual, who will share experiences of their journeys through promotion and create a safe space for attendees to share some of their own challenges. We will spend the majority of the session working through some of the “theory” to put into practice a fictionalised application using the success profiles approach.
