Pride Sunday starts with a parade through Durham City from 12.30 to the main arena at Sands field and a celebration of love and diversity with music, dancing and community spirit. There will be entertainment on the main stage, food, market stalls and a fun fair. If you have any direct questions about this event, please email northeast@civilservice.lgbt.
Parade: muster starts at 1130 from the Palace Green at the Cathedral with a parade through Durham City starting at 1230 ending at the Sands field. Find Martin at the cathedral green from 1130 easily identifiable with pink Civil Service banners and wearing his CSLGBT+ T Shirt.
Main Event: This is an all-ticket event and tickets should be bought in advance as they may not be available on the day. Speeches start at 1320, there will be entertainment on the main stage, food, market stalls and a fun fair. There will also be a party “show” this year with special guests in the VIP marquee from 1900 (over 18 only) pay on the door, VIP ticket holders free
The Organisers may not attend the main event and members are to make their own arrangements but remember to follow the civil service code at all times cover up your T Shirts after the parade and avoid unnecessary adverse publicity.
Sunday is ticket only and early bird tickets have now gone - tickets now start from £9.38 plus £1.38 fee. All children under 12 will be free provided they are accompanied by an adult, 13-year-olds and over must have a ticket. VIP early bird tickets have also gone and tickets are now £27.80 inc £2.80 fee. Tickets will not be funded by the CSLGBT+ network.
There will be pay on the gate, although entry cannot be guaranteed due to limited capacity, so buying tickets early is recommended and these can be bought from the website below.

Please remember that you are to follow the Civil Service Code whilst in your T-shirt and must not be seen to be drinking or drunk.
There is a Public Spaces Protection Order in force relating to the consumption of alcohol in and around Durham City which allows them to take any alcohol off you and if you do not comply with the PSPO they may issue a fixed penalty notice of £100.
No alcohol is allowed to be taken into the event as it is licenced, and alcohol must be purchased from the bars. Bag searches will be in operation at the gate and all liquid containers will be removed and placed in the bin or moved to lost property to pick up on exit

Registration is open and this is done by one form per event.
