Pride 2026 - Registrations Open
Join us at Pride Parades across the UK - register now!
The Civil Service LGBT+ Network participates in Pride Parades around the UK every year. We kicked off our 2026 season in Birmingham on the 23rd of May, but many more events are coming up - and you can get involved!
If you would like to join us, you will need to register through our forms - a full list of events will be viewable on our events page, which link through to each registration form. Please spread the word about our Prides to colleagues in your organisation!
Balloted Prides
Pride in London and Manchester Pride are our most popular events, but we have 100 spaces for each. In order to manage demand, we will be running ballots on the 19th June 2026 (for London) and the 23rd July 2026 (for Manchester).
If you have registered by then and are drawn in the ballot, we will email you to confirm you are coming. Please keep an eye on your emails - if you don’t reply, we may give your space away to other registered colleagues who were not drawn in our initial ballot. If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know via london@civilservice.lgbt / northwest@civilservice.lgbt or pride2026@civilservice.lgbt, so we can offer another colleague your space.
You will still be able to register to join our waitlist after the ballot.
Non-Balloted Prides
The rest of our Prides are not balloted, so you can just register. The final deadline to register for any Pride Parade will generally be the Wednesday before the event. This is so our team have enough time to coordinate logistics, and contact you about the event - where to meet up, timings and other information.
Please make sure you read their emails as some parades can have specific rules about participation.

Attending a Pride Parade
If you’ve not joined a Pride Parade before, please be aware there is a lot of walking involved!
Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water.
The Civil Service LGBT+ Network will be supplying our usual bright pink t-shirts to attendees. If you already have a CS LGBT+ Network t-shirt, please reuse it; this really helps us financially and supports our sustainability goals. If you do not already have one of our t- shirts, you can request a size XS-XXL through our form.
Attendees will be required to wear t-shirts during the parade, which should not be modified in any way. If you feel unable to wear a CS LGBT+ t-shirt for any reason, please send an email to pride2026@civilservice.lgbt to discuss reasonable adjustments.
While wearing our t-shirt you will be representing the Civil Service LGBT+ Network, so you should be mindful of the Civil Service Code and Standards of Behaviour. Our team will remind you about this on the day. You will need to bring something to change into after the parade.
Other information
If you need to amend your registration, you should be able to amend this through the link that Google Forms sent after the original submission. If you cannot find this, you can submit a new form with the same email. You will need to register for each event you wish to attend.
You will need to use your work email to register. If your organisation restricts access to Google Forms, you can register from a personal device - but you must still use your work email to register. Attendance is limited to current Civil Servants only. If you have any queries about a Pride Parade you are attending, please contact your regional team - contact details available on our team page or alternatively pride2026@civilservice.lgbt
Finally: We are so excited for you to join us in representing the Civil Service LGBT+ Network across the UK. Happy Pride!
