Women's and flinta inclusion

Hi, I’m Ali (she/her)

I’m Behavioural Science Lead at the Government Digital Service (GDS), based in London. Here, I apply behavioural science to help make the design, delivery and adoption of digital services more evidence-based, user-centred and effective.

Within the Network, I’m Vice Chair for Women’s Inclusion, where I’m passionate about creating more space, visibility and opportunities for women and non-binary people across our communities. I’m also a Regional Officer for London, supporting events, organising and community-building.

Outside of work, I’m a committee member and proud co-captain of the women’s and non-binary team at Stonewall FC, the UK’s largest and oldest LGBTQ+ football club. I’m also part of a queer writing group and love connecting with others through queer writing, reading and creative communities. Generally, I’m interested in bringing people together around shared experiences and creating spaces where people feel they belong!
